About the garage
Dustin's Sols is a one-person operation. Parts come off cars pulled apart in the garage, get cleaned up, photographed on the bench, and listed here one at a time.
Everything on the Parts page is a real part sitting on a shelf, not a catalogue entry. If it is listed, it is in hand and ready to go out. When it sells the listing goes with it, because most of what is here is the only one of its kind in stock.
What you are buying
Used parts, described as honestly as I can manage.
- Every listing is photographed from the actual part, never from a stock image.
- Wear, cracks, scuffs and missing clips get photographed too, and written into the description.
- Where a part can be tested on the bench it is tested, and the listing says so.
- Nothing here is sold as new, remanufactured, or warranted by the manufacturer.
If a photograph is unclear, or you want a measurement, a casting number or a shot from another angle, ask before you buy. I would far rather answer three questions than take a part back.
Fitment is yours to check
Part numbers are given wherever the part carries one, and that number is the thing to match against. A part that fits your car according to a catalogue is not the same as a part that fits your car, so check the number against the one you are replacing before you order.
Looking for something
The Parts wanted page lists what I am hunting for at the moment. It works the other way round too: if you need something that is not on the shelf, tell me and I will keep an eye out for it.
